We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on our website or sending you an email.

2. Services Overview

  • Single and multi-day tours to various Australian destinations
  • Custom itinerary planning
  • Transportation arrangements
  • Accommodation bookings
  • Tour guide services
  • Activity and experience bookings

The specific details of each tour or service will be provided at the time of booking and in your confirmation materials.

3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Booking Process

You can book our services through our website, by phone, email, or through authorized travel agents. A booking is confirmed once we have received your deposit or full payment (as applicable) and issued a booking confirmation.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when making a booking, including the correct spelling of all participants' names, contact details, and any special requirements. Inaccurate information may result in additional fees, booking cancellations, or service limitations.

3.3 Payment Terms

Payment terms vary depending on the type of tour or service booked:

  • Deposits: Most tours require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking (typically 20-30% of the total price).
  • Final Payment: The remaining balance is usually due 60 days before the tour start date for multi-day tours and 14 days for day tours.
  • Last-Minute Bookings: Bookings made within 60 days of the tour start date generally require full payment at the time of booking.

Specific payment terms will be communicated during the booking process and in your booking confirmation.

3.4 Pricing and Taxes

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change until your booking is confirmed with payment.

3.5 Payment Methods

We accept payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), direct bank transfer, and other methods as specified during the booking process. Credit card payments may incur a processing fee.

4. Cancellations and Changes

4.1 Cancellation by You

If you need to cancel your booking, the following cancellation fees apply:

  • 60+ days before tour start date: Loss of deposit
  • 30-59 days before tour start date: 50% of total tour cost
  • 15-29 days before tour start date: 75% of total tour cost
  • 14 days or less before tour start date: 100% of total tour cost (no refund)

All cancellations must be made in writing (email or letter) to be effective.

4.2 Changes by You

If you wish to make changes to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will try to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee that changes will be possible. A service fee of AUD 50 per booking may apply to all changes, in addition to any supplier-imposed fees or rate differences.

4.3 Cancellation or Changes by Us

In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel or make significant changes to your tour. This could be due to insufficient bookings, unforeseen operational issues, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If we cancel your tour, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid to us, or you may choose an alternative tour of equivalent or similar standard and price, if available. If the alternative tour is of a lower value, we will refund the price difference.

We are not responsible for any incidental expenses you may have incurred as a result of your booking, such as visas, vaccinations, or non-refundable flights. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against such expenses.

5. Tour Participation and Requirements

5.1 Health and Fitness

Many of our tours require a reasonable level of fitness and health. You must inform us at the time of booking of any medical conditions, physical limitations, or health issues that may affect your ability to participate in the tour or that may affect others on the tour.

We reserve the right to refuse a booking or to remove someone from a tour if we believe their participation may endanger themselves or others, or substantially diminish the enjoyment of other participants.

5.2 Special Requirements

Any special requirements (dietary, accessibility, medical, etc.) must be communicated to us at the time of booking. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate special needs, we cannot guarantee that all requirements can be met.

  • Valid passport with sufficient validity (typically at least 6 months beyond your planned departure from Australia)
  • Appropriate visas for Australia if required
  • Travel insurance documentation
  • Any required vaccination certificates

We are not responsible if you are denied entry to Australia or participation in any activity due to inadequate travel documentation.

5.5 Behavior

You must comply with all instructions given by our tour guides and representatives. You must also comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and customs of Australia and specific locations visited.

We reserve the right to terminate your participation in a tour if your behavior endangers or significantly inconveniences others, breaks local laws, or ignores reasonable instructions from our staff. In such cases, no refund will be given.

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance that includes coverage for:

  • Trip cancellation and interruption
  • Medical expenses and emergency evacuation
  • Baggage loss or delay
  • Personal liability

Some of our tours may require proof of travel insurance. You should carefully review your insurance policy to ensure it covers all activities you plan to participate in during your trip.
